How We Evaluate

Throughout the application process, our emphasis is less on your credentials and more on your ability to contribute meaningful work. We understand interviews can be daunting - don't worry, we outline our process below.

Our interview process: An initial introductory call and Q&A on your technical abilities, followed by a later final discussion to understand where you can fit in.
